Interventions: Relaxed confinement (non-essential activities permitted). No curfews. Intensive testing announced and not yet deployed.
Developments:
AA. The national data reports 23,882 lives lost, an increase of 301. The decrease is very slow. (see graph below)
BB. Oxford University, maintainers of “OurWorldinData”, and several news outlets, exposed the manipulation of Spain’s reports claiming to do many tests, and related pressure on the OECD to appear in the top 10, while it actually is in 17th position.
CC. 38,369 health workers have been infected
